Description of role

As an Inside Design Sales Consultant, you will be selling our top-quality furniture and mattress products. Our successful sales candidates are goal oriented, have good people skills, possess a desire to help others, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that our clients have a positive shopping experience by assisting them with their furniture and mattress buying needs
• Maximize every opportunity for sales by keeping record of all prospects and following up by phone or email
• Provide a high level of customer service for our clients from purchase to delivery
• Continually keeping up with product knowledge
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Know current promotions and be able to calculate sale prices using basic math
• Maintain product displays
• Cultivate positive working relationships

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic communication skills
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Desire to exceed your financial and professional goals
• Previous home furnishings sales experience is helpful
• Some college is preferred but not mandatory
• computer skills necessary
• Ability to work nights until 6pm and most weekends until 6pm

We believe in rewarding exceptional performance. Depending on your experience, new employees start at $15/hr. plus commission. Commission-able salaries range from $45,000 to $85,000. Multiple bonuses are awarded to those highly motivated individuals.
